Terms of Use

These terms apply to SkyRoute Tycoon, a free board game made by Gamquo ("we"). They cover the Android app, the web version at https://skyroute.gamquo.com, the desktop versions, our online game server and the optional SkyRoute accounts. By playing or creating an account you agree to them.

In short

1. Who can play

Online play is meant for people aged 13 and over, and you must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent's or guardian's permission to play online or to create an account.

2. Accounts

A SkyRoute account is optional. It keeps your coins, figures, dice sets, board designs, friends and statistics on our server, so you can sign in on any device. Everything in the game, offline and online, also works as a guest without an account.

• When you create an account you confirm that you are 13 or older and that you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
• One account is for one person. Don't share your account or let someone else use it. You may use the same account on several devices.
• Keep your password safe and don't use it anywhere else. You are responsible for what happens on your account. If you think someone else knows your password, change it in the game under Account. Changing it signs out your other devices.
• Add an email address if you want to be able to reset a forgotten password. Without a confirmed email, we may not be able to help you get back into your account.
• Your username is public. It must be polite: no offensive, hateful or sexual words, and no names that pretend to be someone else (including Gamquo staff). Usernames pass through an automatic word filter.
• We may rename or remove an account whose username breaks these rules, or an account used to cheat or to attack our server, with or without warning depending on how serious it is.
• You can delete your account at any time: in the game under Account → Delete my account, or on the web at https://skyroute.gamquo.com/delete-account. Deleting can't be undone.

3. Rules for online play

Keep the game friendly. Do not:

• pick a display name or username that is offensive, hateful or sexual, or that pretends to be someone else (including Gamquo staff);
• put personal details, such as your full name, phone number or address, in your display name or username;
• cheat: modify the game or its messages, use tools that play for you, exploit bugs, or fake game results to earn coins;
• try to get other players' personal information;
• attack, overload or try to break into our server.

Display names and usernames pass through an automatic word filter. You can report an offensive name to us; see the Support page. We may stop anyone who breaks these rules from using online play.

4. Coins, items and in-game money

• Coins are earned only by playing. You spend them on figures, dice sets and board designs (items) in the in-game Shop. Items only change how the game looks.
• Coins can't be bought with real money, and they can't be cashed out, sold or transferred for anything outside the game.
• The money used inside a match is pretend money. It has no value outside that match.
• Coins and items are a limited licence to use content in the game. They have no money value and are not your property.
• As a guest, your coins and items are kept only on your device. If you clear the game's data or uninstall it, they are lost, and we can't restore them.
• With an account, your coins and items are kept in your account. When you create an account, the coins and items on your device are copied into it once, up to a value of 3,000 coins. If your account is deleted, by you or by us under section 2, its coins and items are lost for good and can't be restored or refunded.
• Only a limited number of games on a device each day earn coins for an account. Online games are recorded by our server.
• We may change prices, items and rewards in future versions, and we may correct coin balances that are wrong because of a bug or cheating.

5. The game is provided "as is"

The game is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. It may have bugs, interruptions or data loss. We may change, pause or end online play and accounts at any time; offline play keeps working.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of coins, items, accounts or saved games. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

6. Privacy

How we handle your information, including what an account stores and how long we keep it, is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms. The current version is always at this address, and continuing to play means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of Saudi Arabia have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
